Panel-Mount DB9 RS232 Cable

This panel-mount DB9 RS232 cable is a dedicated serial port extension solution for equipment integration and cabinet wiring, designed to extend the RS232 interface to the outer surface of device panels, control cabinets and chassis. It is widely used in industrial control systems, test and measurement instruments, security enclosures, self-service terminals and custom industrial chassis, allowing on-site debugging, configuration and data connection without disassembling the cabinet shell.

One end is equipped with a DB9 female connector with a metal mounting flange and locking nuts, which fits standard panel cutouts and can be firmly fixed on the device panel with strong vibration resistance and stable connection. The other end adopts a standard DB9 male connector, which can be directly connected to internal device motherboards, serial servers, industrial control motherboards or other built-in serial components. It follows the standard straight-through RS232 pinout, which is fully compatible with conventional serial communication protocols and mainstream industrial equipment.

Built with high-purity tinned copper conductors and an aluminum foil + copper braid double-shielded structure, it effectively suppresses electromagnetic interference from frequency converters, motors and power cables inside the cabinet, ensuring stable and low-noise serial signal transmission. The connector contacts are gold-plated for oxidation resistance and long plugging life, suitable for frequent on-site debugging and plugging scenarios. The outer jacket is made of flame-retardant PVC material, which is wear-resistant, bending-resistant and flame-retardant, adapting to long-term fixed wiring inside the cabinet.
