4-Pin IP67 Pre-Assembled Waterproof Power Cable

This 4-pin IP67 pre-assembled waterproof power cable is an integrated wiring solution for outdoor, wet and industrial field scenarios. It comes with factory-molded waterproof male and female connectors on both ends, eliminating the need for on-site soldering, crimping and assembly. Installation can be completed simply by plugging and tightening the locking thread, greatly reducing on-site construction time and labor cost while ensuring consistent waterproof performance.

It is widely used in outdoor LED street lights, landscape lighting, solar photovoltaic systems, garden equipment, industrial automation sensors, surveillance camera power supplies, waterproof junction box wiring, agricultural IoT devices and marine equipment. The 4-core design supports flexible application schemes such as dual-circuit DC power supply, power + signal hybrid transmission, and low-voltage AC power supply, meeting the diversified wiring needs of outdoor equipment.

The connector adopts a threaded locking structure with a built-in waterproof rubber sealing ring. After correct mating and tightening, it can reach IP67 protection level, effectively blocking dust, rain splash and temporary water immersion, and maintaining stable contact performance in harsh outdoor environments. The cable body uses high-purity tinned oxygen-free copper conductors with low resistance and low line loss, ensuring stable power and signal transmission over long distances. The outer jacket is made of UV-resistant weatherproof PVC or PUR material, which is resistant to sun aging, cold, abrasion and oil, and adapts to long-term outdoor exposure and complex industrial environments.

The product is factory pre-assembled and tested as a whole, with consistent contact performance and waterproof effect, avoiding unstable connection and water leakage caused by manual on-site wiring. It supports blind plugging and quick disconnection, which is convenient for later equipment maintenance, replacement and relocation. Standard wire gauge options include 20AWG, 18AWG and 16AWG, and corresponding current carrying capacity can be selected according to actual load requirements.

Standard stock lengths include 1m, 2m, 3m and 5m.
