Cat6 FTP Shielded Network Patch Cable

This Cat6 FTP shielded network patch cable is engineered for high-speed, interference-resistant network signal transmission in complex electromagnetic environments. It is widely deployed in data centers, server rooms, industrial control systems, factory automation, elevator equipment, security surveillance systems and high-bandwidth office networks where electromagnetic interference is a concern.

Adopting 4-pair 23AWG high-purity oxygen-free copper conductors with overall aluminum foil shielding (FTP structure), it effectively suppresses crosstalk and blocks external EMI/RFI electromagnetic interference, ensuring stable, low-loss data transmission even near power cables, motors and industrial equipment. It complies with TIA/EIA 568-C.2 Cat6 standard, delivers 250MHz bandwidth and supports up to 10Gbps transmission speed within 55 meters, as well as 1000Mbps Gigabit Ethernet over the full 100-meter distance. It is fully backward compatible with Cat5e, Cat5 and lower-grade network systems.

The shielded RJ45 8P8C connectors feature 50μ gold-plated contact pins and metal shielding housing, which connects with the cable’s aluminum foil shield to form a complete shielding system for maximum interference rejection. The reinforced anti-break locking tab ensures secure insertion and long service life even with frequent plugging and unplugging. The flexible, wear-resistant PVC outer jacket provides excellent bending performance, with optional LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) flame-retardant jacket available for public buildings and data center fire safety requirements.
