Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Q: Can I order samples before bulk purchase?

A: Yes, samples are available for most standard products. Sample fees may apply and will be fully credited against your first formal bulk order. Typical sample lead time is 3–7 working days.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal and Alibaba Trade Assurance. For large OEM orders, irrevocable letter of credit (L/C) is also acceptable. All prices are quoted in USD by default.

Q: How long is the order lead time?

A: Standard off-the-shelf products ship within 3–5 working days. Custom cable assemblies usually take 10–20 working days, depending on quantity, specification and material availability. We will confirm the exact schedule before order confirmation

Q: Do you ship worldwide? What carriers do you use?

A: Yes, we ship globally via DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT for express, and sea freight for large bulk orders. We can also deliver to your nominated freight forwarder’s warehouse in China. Shipping cost depends on destination, weight and shipping method.

Q: Can I track my shipment?

A: Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you the tracking number and carrier link by email. You can check real-time delivery status directly on the carrier’s official website.

Q: Do you make custom cable assemblies?

A: Yes, custom cable manufacturing is our core strength. We support custom lengths, connector combinations, wire gauges, jacket materials, labeling and overmolding. From prototype samples to mass OEM production, we cover the full lifecycle.

Q: Can you produce from my drawings or samples?

A: Absolutely. We can manufacture based on your technical drawings, specification sheets or physical samples. Our engineering team will review your requirements and respond with a quote within 24 working hours.

Q: Do you offer OEM/ODM and private labeling?

A: Yes. We provide full OEM/ODM services including custom packaging, private labeling, branded user manuals and custom packaging. We have long-term cooperation experience with global equipment brands and industrial customers.

Q: What is your warranty policy?

A: All SYY products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If any quality issue is confirmed within the warranty period, we will arrange free replacement or a corresponding refund.

A: Please contact your account manager or our support team immediately with photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will investigate within 24 hours and provide a solution including return, replacement or compensation as appropriate.
